Vision 2023 Gala

Burien Arts Association Vision 2023 Gala

The Vision 2023 Gala is an art show and fundraiser for the Burien Arts Association, now in its 16th year.

Raymond Street of the Normandy Park Arts Commission wrote a nice article on  this year’s event on the B-Town Blog. Read it here.

Proceeds will support the Burien Arts mission to bring quality, affordable art experiences to our community.

What: The event consists of about fifty artists who produce eight  new and unique works of art in a medium of their choosing on 8″ x 8″ canvases provided by Burien Arts. Each piece is sold for a fixed price. We will ring three bells, one for each fixed price:

  • First bell: $100
  • Second bell: $75
  • Third bell: $40

The proceeds are shared, 50% to the artist, 50% to Burien Arts.

There is also a Silent Auction of donated items in a separate section. There is no commission on these.

Burien Deputy Mayor Kevin Schilling will emcee this year. There will be appetizers, a range of drinks, and live music

When:  November 18, 2023, from 6:30 PM – 8:00  PM

Where: SeaTac Community Center, 13735 24th Avenue South, SeaTac, WA (by the Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden). Ample free parking.
